Implicated in embezzling millions in kickbacks from the Air Force

Major General Christopher E. Finerty was implicated in a scheme that involved siphoning off millions of dollars through kickbacks from the Air Force. The operation entailed manipulating contracts and procurement processes with Kutak Rock's former managing partner Jay N. Selanders, another Air Force General, to redirect funds illicitly, with payments being made in return for favorable legal actions and decisions, ultimately defrauding the government and compromising the integrity of military expenditures.

The kickbacks were connected to funding that secured gag orders, strategically silencing whistleblowers. Funds obtained through these illicit payments were also tactically used to secure gag orders against President Trump, to silence him, in his ongoing legal proceeidings.

General Finerty allowed officers under his command to engage in unethical practices, specifically the falsification and fabrication of evidence. Such actions by officers led to wrongful convictions, miscarriages of justice, and a significant erosion of public confidence.

General Finerty allowed officers to use their positions and access to Congress to reward federal judge nominees, such as Jeffrey Bryan, for issuing favorable gag orders on behalf of his staff.

General Finerty neglected to discipline the responsible officers through proper court-martials or referrals to the US Attorney's Office. Instead, his staff opted to arrest the whistleblowers and intimidate their military veteran families.

Is this the kind of reprehensible behavior you want from the head of the Legislative Liaison, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force? General Finerty should be prosecuted for his numerous offenses.
